Wood Chips
The Wood Chips represents an ecological and economical solution for feeding our biomass boilers and industrial steam generators. This fuel, obtained from shredding virgin wood, guarantees high calorific value and excellent energy efficiency in our solid fuel plants. Ahena Boilers has developed specific automatic feeding systems for wood chips, ensuring controlled combustion and minimizing pollutant emissions.
Sawdust
The Sawdust constitutes a byproduct of wood processing which, thanks to Ahena Boilers' advanced technologies, is valorized as a high-efficiency fuel for our industrial boilers. Our biomass generators are designed to effectively handle this fine material, ensuring complete combustion and optimal thermal performance even with this economical and easily obtainable solid fuel.
Pellets
The Pellets represents a standardized high-quality fuel, ideal for Ahena Boilers' biomass boilers. Its energy density and uniformity of characteristics make it perfect for industrial applications requiring consistent performance and precision in thermal processes. Our automated control systems are optimized to manage pellet feeding, ensuring energy efficiency and low emissions in compliance with the latest environmental regulations.
Ground Green Waste
The Ground Green Waste constitutes a renewable resource derived from green maintenance, which Ahena Boilers' solid fuel boilers transform into clean thermal energy. The fuel feed system and combustion chamber are designed to optimally handle this low-grade fuel, ensuring environmental sustainability and valorization of materials otherwise destined for disposal, in line with circular economy principles.
Olive Pomace
The Olive Pomace represents a fuel derived from the olive oil industry, particularly suitable for our biomass boilers and industrial plants in the agrifood sector. This byproduct, rich in calorific value, is effectively used in Ahena Boilers generators to produce sustainable thermal energy, contributing to the reduction of energy costs and optimization of the production cycle for companies in the sector.
Nut Shells
